Cafe.com is a casual games social web site. I created the original branding, designed the web site and wrote most of the content. As the product manager for the service, I was also in charge with the communication through the official blog.

An animated tutorial for Boonty’s downloadable games service.

All Boonty games have a trial version, which uses a “nag screen” for game information and activation. This essential part of the purchase process was in need for a redesign. I wrote the functional specifications, created the activation workflow, designed the new UI and coded the embedded web pages. Part of this project, I conducted a focus group that had involved the entire company. I created the test scenario, supervised the test then aggregated and analyzed the results.
